Put 3 round coins of any size in a triangle, pointing away from you, on a clean flat surface.

Keep the 3 coins in view at all times during the game.

Defend the Captain’s treasure on the desert island from the attacking ships, aim using the cross hair and sink the ships for treasure and power ups.

Move the phone up, down, left and right to line up the cannon’s target on the approaching ships. The cannon fires automatically.

Dodge the enemies cannonballs by moving the phone left, right up or down.

When the ships are sunk you may receive bonus treasure or power-ups.

Once all your lives have been lost the game is over.

FAQ

• What coins should I use?

They have to be round. The larger the better. Dirty coins are best; avoid shiny ones.

• How do I position them?

Equally spaced in a triangle pointing away from you. The bigger the triangle the larger the game area.

• What do I put them on?

Place them on a plain, flat, contrasting surface that isn’t shiny.

• Where’s the best place to play it?

Pick somewhere where lighting is uniform and reasonably bright. Avoid putting shadows over the coins whilst you are playing.

• My game occasionally runs slow

It slows when it has to search for the coins. Improve lighting to avoid it loosing the coins (see tips below).

• The island stays in place when I move away to dodge cannonballs

The game cannot track movement if you loose view of the coins. Make sure you can always see the coins in the camera view

• The game looses track when I move the phone too fast

Motion blur can make tracking hard. Brighter environments have less motion blur.

• Do I have to use coins?

No! Three large black spots on white paper works very well. Or try anything disc shaped for that matter!

• My parrot is sick
